What we open. What we don’t promise. Five public commitments about how we select product, write copy and answer questions.
CREATH Mat publishes what it’s made of: organic cotton cover, ~6,000 ABS spikes distributed across 200+ lotus discs, polyurethane foam filling, dimensions 66×40×2 cm. No "patented technology" or "secret formulas". The data is on the product page; REACH compliance and the EU 3-year statutory warranty are published.
The CREATH Mat product page lists contraindications before benefits. The full list of when not to use it (pregnancy, severe circulatory issues, hemophilia, anticoagulants, pacemakers, active eczema, minors under 14 without supervision…) is published openly. We won’t hide the "don’t buy if…" — you need it to decide, we don’t need it to sell.
We name Shakti Mat and Pranamat on the product page so you know what you’re paying for. If we sit at a fraction of Shakti’s price it’s because they have brand equity and marketing budget — not because the physical principle (distributed ABS spike pressure) is different. What IS different (Swedish channel, their own certification), we tell you.
We don’t pay celebrities for fake testimonials. If anyone appears on this site, it’s because they actually train with this. When we start collecting verified testimonials from real customers (post-launch), we’ll publish them with their names — we won’t invent any before then.
A real person reads and replies in under 24 business hours. Free tracked shipping, 8-12 days to mainland Spain. 30-day free return if unused — the guarantee applies to product and method, not to an unopened box.
Better to tell you what it doesn’t do before promising what it does. This is what the CREATH system does not do.
The first 3 sessions feel uncomfortable — that’s the nervous system’s normal response to a new stimulus. The change appears between sessions 3 and 5, when your skin adapts. If you quit on day 1, you haven’t given it a chance.
Acupressure is not a medical treatment. If you have chronic pain, an active injury or serious pathology, consult a professional first. CREATH Mat is a home wellness tool, not a medical device.
Shakti is Swedish, certified by their own channel, and costs €80–90 for the mat alone. CREATH Mat uses the same physical principle and density at an honest price, with EU-native service. If the Swedish certification matters, go to Shakti.
If pressure stays intolerable after 5 sessions, it’s a sign your nervous system doesn’t respond well to the stimulus. Return it within 30 days, we refund in full — if unused.
If we discover something we say today is incorrect or imprecise, we change it in the open and leave a note in the Journal with a date. Science evolves; manifestos do too.
