1. Where we ship

We currently ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. If your address is outside (Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or another EU country), write to info@creathlab.com and we'll confirm if we can ship and at what cost.

2. Lead times

  • Mainland Spain: 8-12 days from payment confirmation, with tracking number.
  • Balearic Islands: add 2-3 days on top of mainland.

Lead time is counted in calendar days after payment confirmation. We send you an email with the tracking code when the package leaves the logistics warehouse. If 14 days pass without delivery, write to us and we'll resolve it.

3. Shipping cost

  • Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands: shipping always free with CREATH Mat.
  • Rest of the EU: to be confirmed before ordering. Write to us for real cost.

4. Tracking

You'll receive an email with a tracking code when the package leaves the warehouse. The link lets you check shipment status at any time. To change the delivery address after placing the order, write to info@creathlab.com with your order number — if we catch it before dispatch, we modify it at no cost.

5. Packaging

The package arrives in plain packaging, without visible CREATH branding on the outside. The courier label may come in English depending on the logistics warehouse origin. Your Set is inside intact.

6. Returns — the short version

30 days from delivery. We refund in full if the product is unused. No need to justify.

"Unused" means: in its original packaging, with seals intact and no signs of use (no fabric lint, no marks on the spikes, no smell). For already-used product we cannot accept the return for hygiene reasons — the legal warranty does apply in case of defect.

7. How to return

  1. Write to info@creathlab.com with the order number and reason (optional).
  2. Within 24 business hours we confirm the return address and provide a label or instructions to ship it.
  3. Package the product in its original box with all components and ship to the address we provide.
  4. When we receive the package and verify it's unused, we refund the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

8. If it arrives damaged

Photograph the package before opening if the outer box looks damaged, and send the photo to info@creathlab.com with your order number. We resolve within 24 business hours: free re-shipment or full refund, your choice. No need to return it.

9. Warranty

CREATH Mat is covered by the EU statutory legal warranty of conformity under Directive (EU) 2019/771 — 3 years in Spain since January 2022, against manufacturing or material defects. If the cover unstitches, the spikes deform or the seams fail within 3 years, we cover it: repair, replacement or refund.

10. Wrong order

If you receive a product you didn't order, don't return it: keep it (or gift it), we ship the correct one at no cost. It's our mistake, not yours.
