The rules of purchase. In compliance with Spanish consumer protection law.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter, "Terms") govern the acquisition of products offered through the website creathlab.com. Placing an order implies the express acceptance of these Terms, which are available before and after purchase.
The products offered on the Website are home wellness items (currently, the CREATH Mat acupressure mat + neck pillow). Each product's characteristics, specifications, materials and contraindications are detailed on its product page. CREATH LAB, S.L. reserves the right to modify the catalogue without prior notice, while maintaining in any case the conditions agreed for orders already placed and paid.
The products sold are not medical devices and do not replace a supervised training programme, physiotherapy or medical treatment. Always read the product-specific contraindications before first use.
To place orders on the Website, you must be over 18 years of age, reside in one of the countries we ship to (see Shipping Policy), and have a valid payment method.
The contract of sale shall be considered finalised when you receive the confirmation email.
All prices shown on the Website are expressed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are not included and will be calculated and shown before order confirmation. CREATH LAB, S.L. reserves the right to modify prices at any time, always honouring the price shown at the time of placing the order.
We accept: credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Bizum and Apple Pay / Google Pay. Payments are processed securely through Stripe and Shopify Payments. CREATH LAB, S.L. does not store card data.
Shipping conditions (zones, lead times and costs) are detailed in the Shipping Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
As a consumer, you have a 14-day calendar period from delivery to withdraw from the contract without justifying your decision, in accordance with article 102 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. Beyond the legal obligation, CREATH extends this period to 30 calendar days and accepts returns of opened products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, simply notify us by email at info@creathlab.com. Refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method used in the purchase.
Legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal: customised products or products that have deteriorated due to causes attributable to the consumer.
All products in the CREATH catalogue are sold as one-time purchases. We do not offer subscriptions, memberships or recurring charges. The price shown at checkout is the total billed once.
Products carry the applicable legal warranty. If you receive a defective product, damaged in transit or not matching your order, contact info@creathlab.com within 14 days from delivery so we can proceed with replacement, repair or refund as applicable.
CREATH LAB, S.L. is liable for damages directly arising from the breach of these Terms. Liability for indirect damages, lost profits or consequential damages is excluded. The products sold (currently, the CREATH Mat acupressure mat + neck pillow) are home wellness items, not medical devices or medicines. If you have any health condition, are pregnant, breastfeeding, post-surgical or under medical treatment (including anticoagulants, hemophilia, pacemakers, electronic implants or severe circulatory issues), consult your healthcare professional before use. Product-specific contraindications are detailed on the product page and must be read before purchase.
For any inquiry, complaint or claim, write to info@creathlab.com. Complaint forms are available to consumers. In accordance with Regulation (EU) 524/2013, consumers residing in the EU may resort to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
CREATH LAB, S.L. reserves the right to modify these Terms. Modifications will apply to orders placed after their publication; orders in progress are governed by the Terms in force at the time they were placed.
These Terms are governed by Spanish legislation. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer's domicile, in accordance with Spanish consumer protection legislation.
