Who is behind CREATH?+
CREATH is a small independent European brand, founded in 2026. No celebrities, no paid influencers, no founder faces in every corner — just a team curating product and writing honest copy. Single contact email: info@creathlab.com.
Is this dropshipping? The same as AliExpress?+
Operationally yes: we don't manufacture hardware ourselves, we curate it. The difference with generic dropshipping is three things: (1) we curate product before listing — it only enters the catalogue if the spike density, materials (organic cotton + BPA-free ABS) and REACH compliance are verifiable; (2) we rewrite copy and real technical specs in Spanish & English, with honest data; (3) we provide EU-native support, return within 30 days if unused, and reply personally in under 24 business hours. If all that matters is price, AliExpress will do. If you want curated quality with EU service, this is the place.
Why don't founder faces appear on the site?+
Because the product has to stand on its own. If you buy CREATH it's because the specs are honest, the contraindications are listed and the service responds — not because a founder looks likable. When we have real documented cases (post-launch), they'll appear with their names. We're not going to invent a "founder story" to sell more.
Why Europe and not the US like the big brands?+
Because none of the big players (Shakti Swedish aside) speak Spanish natively, invoice in euros, ship from within the EU fast, or respect the 30-day return policy Spanish law requires with no usage restrictions. CREATH exists for the European consumer who wants a serious acupressure mat without paying €80 for one piece or waiting two weeks for delivery.
The catalogue
Why only one product?+
Because a 50-SKU catalogue dilutes the brand and makes decisions harder. CREATH covers one territory — acupressure and muscle recovery — with a single curated product: CREATH Mat. If you need more things (yoga, electronic sleep aids, percussion massage), CREATH isn't what you're looking for — yet.
What purchase options do I have?+
A single format — the Full Set: mat + neck pillow, €40 (was €50). Available in four colours: green, purple, gray, blue. We do not sell individual pieces because the real benefit appears when you combine back and neck work in the same session.
How much does CREATH Mat cost?+
Current price is published on the product page. No constant promotions, no fake strikethroughs, no "buy before it goes up". The price is the price.
CREATH Mat (acupressure)
What exactly is acupressure?+
Acupressure is the application of mechanical pressure to points on the body with a goal similar to acupuncture: stimulate local blood flow, release muscle tension and activate the parasympathetic nervous system. Unlike acupuncture, it doesn't penetrate the skin — it uses thousands of plastic spikes distributed across a mat. The principle is based on ancient Eastern traditions, adapted to contemporary home use (Shakti Mat, Pranamat, Bed of Nails).
Does it hurt? What's the first session like?+
Yes, the first 1–3 sessions feel uncomfortable — that's the nervous system's normal response to a new stimulus. We recommend starting with a thin t-shirt (spikes feel less sharp through fabric) for 5–10 minutes. The discomfort turns to warmth between minutes 3 and 5, due to local vasodilation. After 3–5 sessions your skin adapts and you can use it on bare skin.
How long and how often should I use it?+
Sessions of 10–30 minutes. Recommended frequency: 4–7 times per week. Post-workout: 10–15 min. Before sleep: 20–30 min. Work break on the neck: 10 min. Most of the benefit appears with consistent use over 3–4 weeks — don't expect results on the first session.
What's the difference between the mat and the neck pillow?+
The mat (66×40 cm) is used lying face up — covers full back, glutes or legs. The neck pillow (37×14×9 cm) is a cylindrical bolster placed under the neck, ideal for the cervical curve and trapezius. In the Full Set you work back + neck in the same session.
Is it the same as a Shakti Mat?+
Same physical principle (pressure from rigid ABS spikes distributed across lotus discs). Equivalent density (~6,000 spikes, 200+ discs). Differences: Shakti is a Swedish brand with its own channel and certification, sells the mat alone at €80–95 and the pillow separately at €40. CREATH Mat uses the same principle and materials (organic cotton + BPA-free ABS), comes with the pillow included in the Set, and costs a fraction. If you value the Swedish brand, go to Shakti. If you want the physical principle at an honest price with EU service, this works.
Are the spikes metal? Can they hurt?+
No, they're rigid ABS plastic (BPA-free, REACH compliant). They're sharp but they don't cut: the principle is pressure distributed across thousands of points, not cutting. The first sessions feel "sharp" but the skin adapts quickly. ABS plastic lasts years without deforming.
Are there contraindications?+
Yes, and we list them up front. Don't use in case of: pregnancy, severe circulatory issues, severe varicose veins, open wounds or active eczema in the contact area, hemophilia or anticoagulant treatment, pacemakers or electronic implants in the contact area. Consult your doctor if you have cardiovascular conditions or coagulation issues. Not suitable for children under 14 without adult supervision.
How do I clean it?+
The cover is organic cotton — daily cleaning with a damp cloth. Monthly deep clean: the cover can be machine washed at 30 °C inside a protective bag, gentle cycle, no bleach, no fabric softener, no dryer. The plastic spikes are not immersion-safe — only wipe-clean.
How long does it last?+
With regular use and proper care, the cotton cover lasts 3–5 years. The ABS spikes don't lose rigidity over time unless exposed to extreme heat sources. The seams are the first wear point — if any open up they're covered by the EU 3-year statutory warranty.

How long does shipping take?+
Typical delivery in 8-12 days to mainland Spain after payment confirmation. Tracked courier with email notification when the package leaves. Full detail in /en/envios/.
Can I return it if I'm not convinced?+
Yes. 30 days from delivery, if the product is unused and in its original packaging. We refund in full to the original payment method in 5–7 business days. Return shipping is free for mainland Spain.
Is there a warranty?+
Yes. EU statutory 3-year warranty under Directive (EU) 2019/771 against manufacturing or material defects. If the cover unstitches, the spikes deform or the seams fail within 3 years, we replace or refund.
How do I pay?+
Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Bizum (Spain). All payments via Shopify Payments with PCI-DSS encryption. CREATH never stores your card data.
What if it arrives damaged?+
Photograph the package before opening it if the outer box looks damaged, and send it to info@creathlab.com with your order number. We resolve in under 24 h: free reshipment or full refund, your choice.
